For customer workloads running on Meridian compute, we act as a processor, not a controller — the customer decides what data goes onto the platform and why. Those terms are set out in the data processing agreement that forms part of the customer contract, not in this notice.
This website sets no cookies. It loads no analytics, no advertising or social media scripts, no embedded video, and no third-party fonts — every asset is served from our own domain, so no request about you is made to any other company by visiting this site.
One thing is stored locally on your device: when you answer the consent banner, your choice is written to your browser's local storage under the key meridian.consent so we do not ask again. It holds the single word granted or denied, is readable only by this site, and never leaves your browser. You can clear it at any time through your browser settings.
If you accept analytics, we would introduce a first-party page-view measure. Until that is live, accepting changes nothing — we have deliberately not enabled it in advance of the notice describing it.

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing. It is disclosed only to suppliers who process it on our instructions under a written contract — currently our hosting provider and our email provider — and to regulators, auditors or law enforcement where the law requires it.
Website and enquiry data is held in the United Kingdom. If any supplier arrangement later involves a transfer outside the UK, we will rely on adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement, and this notice will say so before the transfer happens.
Under the UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your personal data; ask us to correct or delete it; object to or restrict how we use it; and ask for it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting anything done beforehand. Contact us through the enquiry form on the company page and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would rather you raised it with us first so we can put it right.
